Late Arrivals, Rescheduling, Cancellations & Payments Policy

Late Arrivals:

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be considered a No-Show and are non-refundable. For example, in a 40-minute eyebrow design session, a 10-minute delay represents 25% of the total appointment time. This affects the quality of your treatment and impacts both our artist and subsequent clients.

PS: We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to allow time to park, use the bathroom, and enjoy a water or coffee before your appointment.

No-Shows:

If you do not attend your appointment, no refund will be issued. When you book a time slot, you are reserving our artist’s time exclusively for you — preventing other clients from booking that slot. If you do not show up, that time is lost and cannot be refunded. To book again, a new appointment with full payment will be required.

Cancellations & Changes:

Cancellations or changes are only accepted with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your original appointment. You can reschedule directly through the confirmation email you received, by clicking the reschedule button — provided the 48-hour minimum is respected. If the deadline has passed, the system will automatically block the change and notify you of the policy.

Exceptional Circumstances:

The only circumstance in which a no-show may be rescheduled is upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. The certificate must be sent before or during the original appointment time for the reschedule to be considered.

Payments:

• AfterPay: Available on selected procedures marked with this logo (✅). Please note: an initial booking fee is charged in advance, and the remaining balance can be paid using Afterpay on the day of your appointment.
• StepPay: Accepted on ALL procedures.
• Card Fee: A 1.89% administrative card fee will be applied at electronic checkout on the day of your appointment for all card types.
• Receipt: A detailed electronic receipt — including procedures performed, applicable fees and taxes — will be sent to your registered email after your appointment or by end of day.
